Refund policy

At 8Teen Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, returned in its original packaging, and show no signs of wear, damage, or on-course use. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We offer free return shipping for eligible orders. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the necessary instructions to complete the return process. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that personalized products and items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.
